Sound Ideas partnered with Financial Training Inc, led by Dr. Lei (Rocky) Shi, to support their dynamic 3-day training event. The program aimed to educate and empower individuals in financial concepts and prepare them to become licensed financial representatives. Held at a new venue, this event marked our first collaboration with Financial Training Inc, and our team worked closely with their vision to deliver exceptional AV and scenic solutions while adhering to their budget.

Designed and implemented a dual-language AV setup to accommodate both Chinese and English programs, ensuring clear and engaging communication for all attendees.

Efficiently completed a full setup in just one day, meeting tight timelines and ensuring readiness for the event.
