Sound Ideas partnered with DFW Startup Week, a five-day event showcasing panels, awards, and speakers, to provide comprehensive audio, lighting, and scenic solutions that ensured each session made a lasting impact. Here’s how we brought the event to life:

Services Provided

1. Audio System for 5 Days of Programming

Delivered a high-quality audio setup to support multiple panels, keynote speakers, and award presentations across five days.
Ensured clear, consistent sound for every session, enhancing the experience for both speakers and attendees.

2. Custom Scenic and Lighting Design

Created custom scenic elements to match the event’s evolving themes, including:
- Two Quickwall backdrops on stage.
- Daily-changing lighting designs that aligned with the client’s color and theme of the day.
Designed and implemented custom backdrops that were frequently updated to complement each session’s focus, ensuring a visually engaging stage presence throughout the week.

3. New Venue Navigation

Collaborated closely with the client to navigate the challenges of working in a new venue.
Helped offset venue AV restrictions, ensuring the client could achieve her vision without unnecessary costs or compromises.

4. Sponsor Collaboration

Worked directly with the client and her sponsors to create custom Quickwall scenic backgrounds in advance, ensuring they aligned with the event branding and sponsor goals.
