Supporting Education with Seamless AV for Wylie ISD’s Largest Fundraiser

For the 6th consecutive year, Sound Ideas partnered with the Wylie ISD Education Foundation to provide comprehensive AV support for their signature event, Boots ‘N BBQ. As the largest fundraiser for the Foundation, this lively Texas-inspired evening brings together the community to raise vital funds for students and educators. With 700 guests in attendance, our team delivered tailored audio-visual solutions to ensure every moment of the event was impactful and memorable.

Projection and Viewing Solutions

Installed two 20-foot screens flanking the stage for clear visuals of presentations and event highlights.
Deployed two flown delay screens to accommodate the deep room layout, ensuring every guest had a clear view.

Professional Sound System

Designed and set up a state-of-the-art sound system capable of delivering crisp audio for 700 attendees, ensuring clarity for speakers, auctioneers, and performances.

Live Camera Support and Recording

Provided roaming camera support and Image Magnification (IMAG) to enhance audience engagement and ensure every detail was visible to attendees.
Recorded the event, creating a high-quality video for post-event use.
