About The Event

Bringing Big Ideas to Life with AV That Keeps Pace

The pace of change in AI is fast, and at the 2025 AI Convergence Conference, so was everything else. Hosted by the Dallas Regional Chamber, this two-day event brought over 750 business leaders, innovators, and technologists together under one roof to explore the future of artificial intelligence. With 75 speakers, 44 exhibitors, and nine concurrent breakouts, the show needed an AV partner that could deliver seamless coverage, clear communication, and visually dynamic content, across every space.

1-day load in.
2 days of live event support with on-site tech team managing smooth transitions across all programming blocks.
