About The Event
The Dallas AI Convergence Conference brought together more than 1,200 business leaders, innovators, and decision-makers to explore the future of artificial intelligence. Sound Ideas partnered with the Dallas Regional Chamber to deliver production support for the three-day conference at the Irving Convention Center. With keynote presentations, breakout sessions, Convergence Labs, Startup Alley, the AI75 Reception, and a special appearance by Mark Cuban, the conference called for careful coordination throughout multiple event spaces and production teams.

Multi-Room Production
- Managed production across the main stage, Convergence Labs, breakout sessions, and networking spaces throughout the conference.
- Coordinated simultaneous presentations and technical teams to help keep every session running on schedule.
LED, Projection & Video
- Provided LED walls, 20-foot projection screens, video playback, and camera support for keynote presentations, breakout sessions, and event content.
- Ensured presenters and attendees had clear visibility throughout every stage of the conference.
Audio & Lighting
- Deployed professional line array audio systems and event lighting for keynote speakers, panel discussions, and breakout sessions.
- Created a production environment that allowed presenters to stay focused on their message.
Production Coordination
- Oversaw production logistics, backstage operations, and technical coordination throughout the conference.
- Created a backstage workflow that supported presenters, VIP guests, and event organizers from start to finish.
