Sound Ideas proudly partnered with ChristianWorks for Children for the 35th Annual “Celebrate the Children” Auction & Dinner, the organization’s flagship fundraising gala. Held at the Omni Hotel in downtown Dallas, this event welcomed over 500 guests for an inspiring evening of fellowship, fundraising, and live entertainment by 3-time Grammy-winning artist Michael W. Smith. With 17 years of collaboration on this meaningful event, Sound Ideas brought technical precision and creative vision to ensure a seamless and engaging experience for all.

1. Comprehensive Audio Support

Designed and installed a professional audio system to support speakers, the auctioneer, and the live performance by Michael W. Smith.
Provided dedicated audio support for the silent auction area, ensuring guests could mingle and bid without missing a moment.

2. Custom Scenic Design

Delivered a stunning scenic design with drapes and dynamic lighting, amplifying the event’s vision and creating a celebratory atmosphere.
Integrated lighting elements to complement the evening’s theme and highlight key moments throughout the event.

3. Visual Presentation

Installed two flown 20-foot projection screens flanking the stage, providing clear visuals for every guest in the ballroom.
Enabled IMAG (Image Magnification) to enhance visibility of the speakers, auctioneer, and performer for the entire audience.

4. Artist Support

Coordinated and supplied Backline support for Michael W. Smith’s private concert, ensuring a flawless performance.

Designed a technical setup tailored to accommodate the 500 attendees, creating an immersive and enjoyable experience for all.
